Management of the entire process or individual elements:
DetailsManagement of the ProcessA typical outsourcing process, in terms of selecting the parties to enter negotiations with, takes around 13 weeks from start (Potential Supplier Identification) to finish (Final Supplier Selection), including authoring of all necessary documentation. Initially we would look to interview both yourselves and the service provider(s) to understand the dynamics of your relationship, we would then use this information in combination with 'best practice' to develop an action plan for you both.
