The Flying Monk Group is a 'virtual' Management Consultancy.

What does this mean?

This means that we combine our own internal resources with those of our network of associates, who are all experienced consultants in their own right, when resourcing projects.

This provides two significant advantages for our clients:

  • We can be totally flexible about the make up of the teams we utilise on our client projects by mixing our own resources with those of our associates. This means we are able to tailor teams to meet your needs rather than 'force fitting' consultants, and
  • We can keep our overheads and costs to a minimum and pass on these savings to our clients in the form of lower fees
