Facilitation

This activity is usually an ad hoc one, where we are used as an independent body during key business meetings or workshops.

Facilitation is an undervalued skill and can be more than just running a meeting, in that the facilitator will bring a whole range of tools and techniques that can be used to stimulate thought and interaction and to overcome resistance between the participants.

Our services in relation to training focus upon process based training rather than specific skills based training, eg effective purchasing rather than Microsoft Word.

We can either deliver your pre-written training or we can undertake to write, produce and deliver materials specific to your individual requirements.
