Issue

• A large national, Non Government Organisation (NGO), was upgrading all desktop hardware and software to the latest MS Windows XP standard
• All IT functions had been outsourced to a specialist IT provider
• As part of the upgrade project a team of on site, at desk ‘floor walkers’ was to be employed to smooth the transition to the new systems

Solution

• Formed part of a team of ‘floor walkers’ who visited all major sites across the UK to provide at desk support and training in the new hardware and software
• Majority of training was centred around the MS Outlook XP software product
