  • This leading distribution company was introducing hand held terminal computer technology across the fleet as part of an initiative to improve customer service through end to end item tracking and visibility
  • The solution being implemented consisted of two key elements:
  • Delivery driver focused electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) capture
  • Intra depot item tracking and visibility

  • Formed part of a small team training and supporting both delivery drivers and depot staff in the use of the new hand held technology and the new working practices and applications
  • Proved day to day feedback and problem resolution to the software developers
