Alison has spent the last 6 years of her career in Consulting, working at both a Big 4 firm and smaller specialist firms where Purchasing and Supply chain was the prime focus.

Prior to her Consulting experience, Alison spent more than 10 years in line purchasing roles for major F.M.C.G. businesses where she gained experience of purchasing capital equipment, packaging materials and a number of MRO and facilities management requirements. She has also had considerable experience in purchasing within a multi-site, multi-national environment through both her operational experience and her consulting work.

Recent consulting work has focussed primarily on strategic sourcing projects, ranging from capital and engineering purchasing, print (operational and marketing related), print finishing work, heavy engineering components including steel plate, packaging etc.

Industry experience includes FMCG, Printing, Mining, Diversified Engineering, Hand Tools and Facilities Management.
