Guy is a chartered management accountant with broad experience
operating at Board level in large organisations.
After 11 years in line management positions in industry Guy became
a management consultant in 1987, first with Coopers & Lybrand
and latterly as a Director at KPMG Consulting.
He uses his change management skills and in depth experience of
best practice to facilitate clients in both developing their strategic
direction and the redesign of their business processes and management
information needs.
In particular he is recognised as an expert in finance transformation,
cost management and business process re-engineering.
Guy has worked across many industry sectors including automotive,
food and drink, utilities, telecommunications, financial services,
defence, printing, general engineering, leisure and retail.
