This leading, pan European, speciality retailer (ca 2,400 stores
across 9 countries) was transforming it's business to a new standard
operating model across it's multiple brands and countries and required
a methodology to support the new operating model design.

Working with the Group and Regional Supply Chain Directors, senior
managers from across the business and the internal consulting team
we developed the methodology through which the business would design
and build the new standard operating model for their supply chain
function.
This involved the development, and facilitation, of a structured,
workshop based process delivering both new processes, supporting
organisation designs, a redesigned physical network, an updated
benefits case and an overall implementation / change plan.
