Issue

Due to changing political landscapes the Government decided to both rationalise the number of Management Consultancy Framework Agreements across the Public Sector and also to make them applicable to all central Government Departments.

In addition the Government also wanted to boost the number of SME participants on the resulting Frameworks at the expense of the traditional, larger service providers. The main Frameowrk being 'Consultancy One'.

This large service provider (one of the traditional main providers) wanted external support in order to maximise their chances of being awarded a place on the resulting Frameworks.

Solution

For this global management consultancy we supported two projects.

In one we reviewed the final bid documents, suggesting improvements prior to their submission, for an opportunity in the central Government sector.

For the other we have been involved advising them from the beginning of the tender creation / submission process for a Healthcare opportunity.
