Simon Hay - Biography

Simon is an experienced Supply Chain Strategy and Operations consultant with 11+ years consulting experience in addition to having line roles in industry.

His experience covers a wide range of industries including Telecommunications (both fixed line & mobile), Food & Drink, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Retail - Leisure, Retail - Books, Media, Paper, Transport, Department of Health/NHS and the MoD. Within these industries specific projects have included Supply Chain Strategy Development & Implementation, Supply Chain Outsourcing, Supply Chain Modelling, Operations Performance Improvement, Process Development & Training and Strategic Sourcing/Procurement.

He has also been published in the area of Supply Chain Outsourcing.

Simon is the founder and Managing Director of the Flying Monk Group.
